Sola Ayangbayi is a seasoned professional in Investment Advisory, Real Estate & Construction, and Financial Modelling, with a strategic focus on creating value through smart investment insights, property development dynamics, and rigorous financial analysis.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from the prestigious Covenant University, Nigeria in 2013.

Sola started his professional career with Estate Links in 2014 as a junior consultant; he rose through the ranks and became the head of valuation and property management before departing the firm in 2018.

In the last quarter of 2018, Sola moved to Dubai to continue is professional career as a client manager in Mag Lifestyle Development and after 2 years, he moved on to join Azizi developments and Sobha realty in 2020 and 2022 as relationship manager and sales manager respectively.

In 2023, He joined Iman Developers as a senior investment manager leading a team of managers and channel partners to increase growth and contribute to the success of the company.

In 2025, he went on to float Podville Ventures in Dubai an already existing business which he founded and established since in 2018 with operations in Nigeria, the United Kingdom and North America.

He is presently on the board of other companies and is a current member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Sola has been invited as a guest speaker to corporate events on real estate investment in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, Lagos, Nairobi, Toronto amongst others.   

Sola’s professional approach blends quantitative rigor with practical experience in real estate valuation, capital planning, and investment feasibility — making him a reliable advisor for both institutional and private stakeholders seeking growth and sustainable returns in competitive markets.
